A Wise Man's Lesson

A wise man once sat in the audience and cracked a joke. Everyone laughed like crazy. After a moment, he cracked the same joke again, and a few less people laughed this time. He cracked the same joke again and again. When there was no laughter in the crowd, he smiled and said, “When you can't laugh at the same joke again and again, then why do you keep crying over the same thing over and over again?” Learn to move on!

Nice and simple... but unfortunately, we keep on forgetting this lesson too. Being aware of our actions is so important. Only then can we catch ourselves and stop it. However, most of the time, we just do not see with our hearts.
