Need Help Creating a Performance Management System for Factory Workers – Any Template Suggestions?

I had the opportunity to conduct evaluations for the last year, from January 2011 to December 2011, for both executive-class employees and factory workers. In short, I have a template or you can say the whole form for this. I am willing to assist you, but you also need to help me. Currently, my GM has tasked me with restructuring the entire organizational structure of our company. We have a total headcount of 87 employees. Please assist me in this regard.

If not, please schedule an appointment with a specific agenda. Your GM needs to clarify the reason, business objectives, and purpose associated with the expected outcomes for the organization's restructuring; otherwise, it will be challenging for you to proceed.
