Hi Guys, I'm a soft skills trainer, and my sales team is feeling a little down at the moment. Could anyone suggest a motivational training PowerPoint presentation that I could use for them, which will help boost their morale and motivate them to strive for more sales?

PPT will not serve your purpose as stated by Amit. For every individual, the need for motivation is different. If the whole team is down, there could be something wrong with the strategy, product, policy, market, customer perception, promotion, price, and many more. Motivation has to come from within to make things happen. You can take a horse to the river to drink water, but do you think it will drink water? How can you make it thirsty to drink?

There are many video clippings on motivation on YouTube; charging them will be a better option. Hope you are motivated to help your team members.

I agree with Amit and Dhiren. Additionally, I would suggest that you show them the documentary "The Secret." It always works! It is available in both Hindi and English. Another video, 'Fish Philosophy,' is also great. Hope this helps...
