Can you please guide me on Shops and Establishment rules in various states? I would be thankful if you could send any website or checklist.

My main focus is to know about the Labour Licenses Renewal dates in different states and Fee structure. Please help me out.

I am looking after these matters for a US MNC having offices in more than 35 locations pan India. However, there is no single website that can provide you with all the details. I had to collect details from the respective States/District offices. This is generally a one-time task, but you have to keep yourself updated regularly.

As for the Labour License, do you mean the Contract Labour License? If you are engaging with contract labor, please refer to the Contract Labour Acts. You may be covered under the Central Act. The renewal dates and fees will vary from state to state. Please feel free to write to me for any updates you require.

What skill set? Minimum wage rates are different for different skill sets. You can also refer to the latest circular issued by the local Labour Commissionerate regarding the minimum wages for the six months for various skill sets.
