Hi, this is Rahul. I want to know if an employee worked on Sunday for 2/3 hours, will they be eligible to add to their leave balance? If yes, are they eligible for a 1/2 day leave or a full day leave?
Try to compensate for such work by providing leave on a working day. Such hours of work won't be added. No one pays for these working hours irrespective of the company.
