The Minimum Wages Act varies from state to state, so please refer to your area labor inspector. They will provide advice on the same.

Central Acts: ESI, EPF, Gratuity, and Maternity

Regarding ESI, EPF, Gratuity, and Maternity, these are central acts and remain the same throughout India.

All the Acts referred to by you are Central Acts, but as far as the Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, and Maternity Benefit Act are concerned, state governments can frame rules under each Act applicable to establishments located in the respective States. Therefore, please obtain the Bare Acts with Odisha rules from a law bookstore in your State.
