6-which form is used for ESIC nomination
7-what are the ESIC norms in an organization .

I would like to suggest some important points which every younger in Hr should not necessarily. Below mentioned points are no way connected to Hr Generalist profile. When we talk about Hr Generalist profile it should necessarily touch the following point. 1) PMS 2) Capability Development 3) Employee Engagement 4) OD 5) Career Planning & Succession Management 6) SPOs etc.
