Struggling with Final Project: How Do I Create Effective Questionnaires for Recruitment Studies?

Hi everyone, I am an HR student (BBA) stuck with my final project. I need to prepare questionnaires to study the recruitment and selection process in an organization. I also have to visit an organization to get them filled. Please help me with questionnaires. Please help.

Objective of the Project

The objective of my project is to study the effectiveness of recruitment and selection at Mafoi Randstad.

If you want to do the project work sincerely, go to nearby organizations, study the recruitment procedure, and prepare a project report to submit the same. If you are doing it for the sake of study completion, approach the project consultants. They will assist you in your project work by taking some remuneration, fulfilling your desire.
