How Can I Set Up an Excel Reminder for Passport Expiry Dates? Need Help!

Hi, I have an Excel sheet containing passport details such as issue and expiry dates. I would like to set a reminder before the expiry date. I have been trying on my own but couldn't get the desired result. Need your help.
