How Can I Transition from English Trainer to Top Institutes Like T.I.M.E?

I am an English trainer with four years of experience in teaching spoken English, grammar, and communication skills. I have an M.A. in English Literature. I want to develop my skills and work in top institutes like T.I.M.E and others. However, I heard that one should have additional skills, like reasoning, to work there. I am solely an English trainer and lack knowledge in other fields. I am dissatisfied with my current pay. Please guide me.

Recently, when I interviewed at a reputed institute, they administered a test that included reasoning as well as English. Unfortunately, I did not qualify as I had never encountered a reasoning question paper before.

Regarding pay, I believe one should receive enough to honor their commitments. I am not greedy.
