Is it necessary, I mean complusion or legal obligation to fulfill this.
If, Yes, how can it be aligned with OHSAS 18001 management system?

I think It's on drafting stage... Not yet get enforced... Raghu can add more inouts regarding this...

Yes we must implement the same in our system but i don't have any idea how will aligned with OHSAS 18001 system.
But, will try with some guys 18001 auditing specialist whom done the course OSHAS 18001:2007 with me if i receive any positive feedback from them will share with our team. . .
