what is the Notice Period during probation as per your appointment letter?
Salary slip need not be signed as it is computer generated. Cheque payment is authentic. No PF during probation. Gratuity is after completion of 5 yrs service.
Resigning without giving notice period is unhealthy practice and you may have to face the consequences.

Hai Mr. Bharadwaj,
If you need to get a relieving letter & service certificate from the company, you have no option to pay the money and get the certificates from HR Dept.Otherwise, pl treat this as bad experience and not to consider this 2 months experience in ur resume and start getting in to a good profile. When you ignore this 2 months experience, there is no need of relieving or service certificates or any statutory formalities etc.
My sincere advice is ignore this and get in to good profile without declaring this as ur experience since it is bad experience.Any pl try for long association with the companies in which u r planning to work with in ur life span and pl note that short span is not at all healthy / advisable either for individual or for company.
Best Wishes

thnx all ..
probation period is 6 months and do consulting firms have same right as that of a registered company. its a small firm of 20 o 25 people and attrition rate is high .and as told by them they hired MBA for the position but most of the graduates are working there on same position.
thus they also broke the promise. They put an mba and a graduate into same hierarchy. Is it justified.

Dear Riaa,

What is your notice period mentioned in the appointment letter. If you have not served the notice period the employer can recover the amount from you.

You have taken a wrong decision by quitting the company in your earlier phase of employment.

In a consulting firm the designation don't play a role in term of education since it will be having only recruiter, Sr. recruiter, Team Leader, Asst. Manager , Manager.

How you perform is based on the client interaction, No of closure, how you lead the team and grow in the team.

As a fresher you would have been given as an recruiter only.

Moreover even your designation is same hope you are paid higher than what the graduate is given.

Every job in today's scenario is pressurized. Even the corporate HR is finding difficult / pressurized to continue in the job due to high attrition, not finding suitable talent, retaining the current employee, expansion of business without right talent.

So try to mold yourself in an organisation where you can learn and grow accordingly. dont do the same in the next organisation since in your later stage of growth your employment stability and earlier employer reference is very very important.
