Need Help Drafting Termination Notices for Policy Violations in Our BPO Company?

Hi all,

We are a leading BPO company that follows an ISMS Policy. As per our policy, cameras and mobile phones are restricted inside the company premises. If employees are found with these items on the premises, they will be terminated effective immediately.

Could someone assist me in drafting the termination notices?

In view of the above, the management is within their rights to take disciplinary action against you.
However considering your oral explanation and Private Doctor's Certificate regarding the matter, it is decided to give you another opportunity to improve your attendance.
Hereby you are warned if you commit such type of absentism in future again the management will be constrained to dispense with your services.
