How Do You Manage On-the-Job Training and Reporting for Executives in Domestic BPOs?

mrk786
Please guide me on how to handle the on-the-job training for executives working in domestic BPOs. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance with the format of OJT reports that need to be sent to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Thank you.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Schedule Preparation

Firstly, prepare the day-wise schedule for the On-the-Job Training (OJT). Specify the number of days the training will be conducted, list the refreshers that will be conducted, and include the number of hours on live calls, tape reviews, quality feedback sessions, briefing, and debriefing sessions.

Report Preparation

Next, proceed with working on the reports required on a daily/weekly basis. Daily reports should detail what was accomplished throughout the day, including call monitoring scores for that day. Weekly reports should encompass attendance records, quality reports, and the RAG status of executives on stability, quality, etc.

If you need further clarification, please revert.
