Starting a Business Partnership: Where Can I Find a Contract Template for a 2-Year Deal?

I have just started a company and would like to provide services to another company and establish a 2-year contract with them. I would like to create an agreement and contract. Can somebody help guide me to the right place? Having a template would be helpful for me to get started.

A CA/CS or lawyer might be in a better position to help if your client company does not have a template to use. Alternatively, you can download and edit copies of contracts that deal with contract manufacturing, service provider, or SLA templates for IT contractors.
