How To Protect Our Rights If Management Doesn't Provide Pay Slips?

please suggest how to protect our right if management declined to provide pay slips to know unlawful deductions?

Dear Damodhar,
Every establishment will be covered either under S & E Act, Factories ACT, CLRA etc. So for Each act the organisation has to maintain the respective Payslip format.
Your case will be mainly done in proprietorship / partnership firm. Also some family Pvt companies where there will be less than 30-40 employees.
If you have an HR then all the employees has to ask the HR, if not ask him to speak with the management. Else you can give a complain to the Labour Inspector / DIL of your circle. They will come for verification in your organisation.

Management never listened and denied our requests.
Every month unlawfully deducting money from our account.This unfair method business brought to the notice of Labour department also, no one responded.
Form-16 only the base evidence for us and in Form-16 issued by the management once in year showing several lakhs excess and tax on that payment even though without paying such amounts to us.Now management informing us they have not contributed our EPF accounts also.
Due this unfair management acts we are in deep trouble like after 10 of years of services we are loosing our pension opportunity also.
Please suggest me in this regard is greatly appreciated

If the employee don't get the PF settlement and delayed of years, what procedure to be followed and contact the right person to solve the issue. Please guide I am helpless to respond the employee for the delay and our office in bangalore and the headoffice in Mumbai and PF settlement from Mumbai is done.
Kindly help me out.

Consumer Forum is the most efficient and best solution for getting speedy solution.
Up to 10 lakhs of claim the fee for the consume forum is only Rs.500/-
According my experience that is best approach to get justice

please guide me how to claim PF if the employer has not paid the PF till the date of resignation of mine.i.e May 2013.
the employer paid the PF contribution only till Jan 2013.. Can I claim the amount till Jan 2013.or wait for my employer to pay his dues towards PF?
please advise what to do and whom to approach .
