Every establishment will be covered either under S & E Act, Factories ACT, CLRA etc. So for Each act the organisation has to maintain the respective Payslip format.
Your case will be mainly done in proprietorship / partnership firm. Also some family Pvt companies where there will be less than 30-40 employees.
If you have an HR then all the employees has to ask the HR, if not ask him to speak with the management. Else you can give a complain to the Labour Inspector / DIL of your circle. They will come for verification in your organisation.
