How Do I Draft a Two-Year Employee Bond and Indemnity Letter for Overseas Projects?

Good morning! Please help me prepare the Employee Bond for two years and an Indemnity letter for the employees who are traveling as Structural Engineers for one of the projects abroad on behalf of our organization. We are basically Design Engineering consultants, a private Ltd. firm.
