I am working in a company in Abu Dhabi. I want to resign from my company immediately. Can I put in my resignation letter a 24-hour notice period or not? Is there any option according to UAE law like that?
First of all, why are you resigning? Second, the notice period depends on various factors:
1. Are you serving in the probation period, or are you a confirmed employee?
2. The notice period depends on the company policy.
3. Your designation also defines the notice period.
