I wanted a format that could evaluate the productivity of our employees based on the following factors. I wanted something automated that would not require manual updates: Email language, Character of an employee, Performance, Quality of work done, Voice message, Dress code, Punctuality, Late coming, Interpersonal relationship, Coordination at work, Proactiveness at work, Initiatives taken by an employee, Planned and unplanned leaves, Attitude, Participation in corporate events, Additional hours worked, etc.
Can someone help me with a format for the same?
