Relieving Issue

I work in software firm.I have joined as a fresher, presently continuing 9 th month.Now i wana leave this company, and i resigned.but the company not accepting and does not want to relieve me.I dont have any service agreement with this company.What i do further to be safe side for my next joining company?

Depends on whether the organization is giving you enough work, opportunity to groom your own self into a software professional and also paying you salary regularly. In case your answer to these questions is a "yes" then you are bound to continue with the current company until atleast the probation period is over.
Every organization spends resources (money ,executive time, training , etc) to groom professional more so in introducing the freshers to business. So you have to work out with them on the "hows" and "whys" with the current employer. They are obliged to gain their ROI from your employment with them.

Like syedhussain mentioned, first of all, pl mention the reasons [from the Company's perspective] why your resignation isn't being accepted.
In a way, Praveen Kumar Kambhampati is very right from the Company's point-of-view.
Now looking at this situation from YOUR career perspective, pl understand that any/every company likes to hire those who work/stay in the company for a reasonable length of time. Unless you can justify with very strong & valid reasons your leaving the very first company within a year of joining, you will be putting yourself @ risk in terms of credibility.
You haven't mentioned whether you resigned AFTER getting another job or want to hunt for another job after resigning--I have seen quite a few IT people quitting even without anything new in-hand.
