How Can I Create a Salary Slip Format Without Deductions for My Company?

I am working as an HR, and in response to employees' demands, my company wishes to start providing salary slips to all employees. However, the issue is that we are all receiving only the core salary in hand without any deductions, and we do not have an exact format for the salary slip (without deductions).

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a salary slip format.
