Dear Mr. Mohammed Jaffar, all the training required as per your organization's TNI (Training Need Identification) and according to the identification of training should be the responsibility of the HRD. They should provide these trainings to employees, whether internal or external, and maintain training attendance and feedback records for ISO audits.

It's not mentioned in the ISO guidelines what the minimum or maximum hours of training required for employees are. The ISO guidelines state that you can perform any work even if you are not trained for that particular work.

Thank you.

I have already completed the following tasks:
1. TNA (Training Need Analysis)
2. Training Register (Training in Headcount)
3. Annual Training Calendar
4. Feedback Form for the Training

However, according to ISO standards, there is a requirement for a minimum number of training hours. Could you please inform me what the minimum training hours should be scheduled for a service-related industry?

ISO does not specify any duration for training in terms of the number of hours. According to ISO methodology, impart training and evaluate its effectiveness. If the organization does not achieve the required effectiveness, identify the training needs of that individual again.

Effectiveness Measurement

The effectiveness can be certified/measured by:
- Seniors
- Some kind of exams on the training imparted
- Difference in the output/deliverables of the candidate

Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
