Dear Mr. Mohammed Jaffar.
All the Training required as per your organization TNI (Training Need Identification) and according to identification of training. HRD should be responsible Department for providing these training to employee may be it’s internal or external and maintain these training attendance and Feedback Records for ISO audit.
It’s not mention in ISO guideline, what is minimum or maximum hours of Training required for Employee’s.
ISO guideline says you can do any work if you are not trained for the particular work.
Thank you,

Dear Mr. Modi,
I have already done: the mentioned:
1. TNA(Training Need Analysis)
2. Training Register(/Training in Headcount)
3. Annual Training Calendar
4. Feedback Form of the Training
But, as per ISO, there should be a minimum training hours required. So pls let me know, what is the minimum training hours to be scheduled for a service related industry.

Dear Mr. Mohammed Jaffar A
ISO does not specify any Duration on Training in terms of No of Hours.
As per ISO Methodology, Impart Training and evaluate its effectiveness. If the organisation does not get required affectiveness, identify the Training need of that individual again.
The Effectiveness can be Certified / measured by
1. Seniors
2. Some kind of Exams on the Training imparted
3. Difference in the output/deliverables of the candidate
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
