Hi all, I am working in a manufacturing company and I want to implement some innovative new policies for the betterment of employees as well as for the management. Please suggest some policies.
For any manufacturing company, HR policy should be flexible so that it can be changed according to the needs of management or workers. No strict policy should be implemented for a long period. To create the best policy, please refer to the Workers' Participation Act and involve trade unions in the policy-making process.
