I am working in a small-scale company as an HR Executive. We don't have PF and ESIC benefits currently. I am willing to start it, so please guide me on the specific criteria based on which we can initiate the benefits for PF and ESIC.

For coverage of PF and ESI, you can also include contractors' employees to obtain the registration number (coverage no.) from Accord Services in NOIDA.
