hi,I m neha pursuing MBA -HR I have just stepped in 3rd sem ,I want do diploma coursein training n development with my mBA -HR ,can u please tell me institues in delhi which provide such diploma ,will this type of diploma will help me out in my carrier , could u tell me some other courses which i can do with my MBA.

Hi Ms. Neha. Gud to see ur msg. Im Pratap, working for Training & Development in Gati Ltd. Hyderabad. There are many institutes that are providing diploma courses. But ISTD is one of the premier institutes which provides correspondence course. Better you opt for that. Because it is central govt orgn and the certificate has a very gud value in the market.

Hello Neha,
the best option is to enroll yourself for ISTD ie., Indian Society for Training and Development. This is the only recognized Institute in India and the passing % is 2-3%.
It is situated in Qutab Institutional Area New Delhi and its a 18months course where there are contact clasess held in the New Delhi. the Advertisement comes out in September usually.and the Faculty is from very knowledgable and different verticals in the industry.

to the best of my knowledge, ISTD doesnt provide placements.
even if there is no placement in the normal course, if a student takes the help of his faculty, he would be able to get a good break...
