- Recruitment - close the position in x no. of days.
- Labour issues to be solved in x days.
- Queries related to employees to be addressed in no. of days.
- Cost of recruitment to be maintained within Rs. X.

Oops, by 'see' I mean 'Coordinate and Monitor' and Implement a Unified System of HR Policy and System. The process starts with drafting of Standing Orders.
