Hi, I am working in a manufacturing company where there is a technical/sales team. It is quite difficult to track their leave records. Please, can anyone help me with this?

You can do the following things:

1. Ask employees to punch in for timings if they are coming to the factory and leaving without returning in the evening.
2. Insist on self-attendance weekly or monthly, keeping his/her boss in the loop.
