This is Tarun Mittal, Working with a IT Company as Finance & Admin Manager. Please suggest me new formats of Travelling Exp Claim Format, Rules & Slabs for Allowance Level Wise.

Hi Tarun
It should contain headings like Serial No., Date, Destination, Distance, Purpose of travel, Mode of travel, TA, DA, Amount etc. There should be provision for th applicant' s and approver's sign.
