Talent Management Project - What kind of questions can be asked for that?

Hey! I am doing a project on Talent Management. I went through all the previous threads and posts and found it very helpful. I need another help.
I am asked to find what are the existing talent of the employees through questionnaires. What kind of questions can be asked for that? Questionnaires relating to evaluating talent management and process is good. But to find the talents of employees is difficult for me.
Can you tell what kind of questions can be asked and to whom?
