An employment agreement is an agreement signed by an employer and an employee that outlines all the terms and conditions of employment. Usually, a non-disclosure agreement is also attached to it. I will try to send you a sample as soon as possible.

As others have explained, an employment agreement is an agreement between an employer and an employee, containing all the terms and conditions of employment. I cannot send you our company's agreement as these are not public documents, but you can find many samples of them on Google.
