What Is Employment Agreement?

Hello Friends,
This is Akshay, working in HR Dept as a AM - HR.
I am doing my MBA and would like to know what is the Employment Agreement...???
If you guys could send me the format of your company then it would be great information for me.

Hi,
An employment agreement is an agreement signed by an employer and employee with all the terms and conditions of employment. They usually also attach a non disclosure agreement along with it. I will try and send you a sample ASAP.

As other have explained employement agreement is an agreement between employer and employee, containing all the terms and conditions of employement.
Though i cannot send you our company's agreement as these are not public docs but u can find many samples of them at google.
