How Do You Encourage Teachers to Embrace New Changes in Schools?

I am working as an HR in a school. Can anyone help me with "How to motivate teachers to adapt to new things?" Any ideas, feedback, or any related ideas would be appreciated.

I am also facing a problem in interacting with teachers as I can see they don't have much time to interact with HR. Can you please let me know how I can make them comfortable, as there was no HR in our school? This is a very new concept for teachers and for me.

As far as my experience goes, it is not the task of HR to encourage teachers to adopt new technology or different teaching approaches. This responsibility should come from the Head Teacher and Heads of Department. May I inquire about your background? Do you have knowledge of any learning theories?
