Can someone please share the marriage policy as we are in the process of designing one.

Are you looking forward to designing a policy that can define guidelines for employing talent who may choose to work with their spouse? Or perhaps a policy that can guide what the organization would gift an employee? Ideally, a non-reporting relationship is maintained when a couple works for the same firm.

There is no specific marriage policy that you are looking for. Until you share more details about what policy you want to create, such as gifting the employee on their marriage, you will not be able to get the right things…

Every company frames a policy according to its location and provides benefits to its employees. It is also a type of retention practice followed by most employers.

Marriage Gift Policy

As per the Marriage Gift Policy of the company, we provide financial assistance by way of a Marriage Gift for self-marriage and the marriage of two children to all employees. One month's basic salary is subject to a minimum of Rs. 5,100/- and a maximum of Rs. 51,000/-. Extra approval can be taken for an additional gift from the Director's office to make their moment memorable:

1. Self: Rs. 11,000/-
2. Daughter's Marriage: Rs. 11,000/-
3. Son's Marriage: Rs. 5,100/-

This will go a long way in building employer-employee relationships and fostering a new culture of trust and bond with employees.
