Hi All, can anybody please tell me whether the filing of e-return, as per the new amendment, has actually started or not?

There are a lot of problems. Many factories are located in interior places, and the persons dealing with the matters of P.F. do not have computer knowledge. Moreover, the companies are not remitting P.F. amounts on time. Some companies are paying the P.F. whenever funds are available. Due to the aforementioned reasons, it has not yet commenced. Implementation is also proving to be difficult.

Dear Sir,

I have completed 10 years of service and contribution to the PF. I want to withdraw the PF but not the pension fund. Will my UAN number remain the same?
