Safety and secuirty procedures, Company rules on Rules and general information which related to employees, it will be a guide book so that they time and again not disturbing the HR/ Personnel dept

Planning on periodic survey on employee performance , how the management (Employees ) performing according to the management expecatons and what is the difference between standared performance and actual peformance
Planning their training schedule to over come the problem between standad and actual performance
It mainly concentrates on
Training policy
REwards / Increments / Promotion and employee development
Identifying Potential Employees and grooming them
Where as the Employee manual is distributed to all the new employees at the time of Induction , where as the HR Manual will be the internal reference book of HR Dept, normally never gets distributed to employees , as it will create unexpected problem to HR dept
HR Manual tries to replicate the company principle of indivial and company growth, it is flexible in nature and adjusts according to the demandning situations to drive the organisation towards excellence
