Dear users Good Morning,
Can someone guide me to prepare monthly general voucher of salary regarding all deductions like esi, pf , Tds, LWF, and other deductions.
I am attaching the salary sheet of january month.
so please exhort me to prepare a general voucher.
i will be grateful to you.
please give me general voucher sheet on the bases of attached salary sheet.

dear vikas do not deduct LWF from salary for the month of jan 12, it should be in the month of dec or jun. deduction is also wrong
manager level do not deduct
check for standard deduction

I donot under stand what is your means to say.
Labour welafare fund LWF is necessary to deduct from salary every month.
i just wanna know the format of general voucher.

Hi , where is Professional Deducation in salary sheet ??????
Second is LWF not deducated every month only in june & december every year
and about voucher u have get it in general store u can ask there cash voucher printed u can take it and write on employee name,amount details and take sign

preparing of salary journal voucher comes under the accounts department works.
but my organisation imposing it on me. thatswhay i am need of Salary journal voucher.
i have attached the salary sheet above.
somebody plz help me out.

Dear Sir,
As suggested above, the Salary General Voucher can be got in any General Store....you might want to check your sheet attached. There is no PT deduction and LWD is not supposed to be deducted every month - please check the calculation/applicability (only twice a year, managers not included etc)

thanks for your suggestion.
PT is not in Haryana state. And according to haryana welafare act the labour welfare fund will be deducted each month.
i think what you mention above this is in Maharashtra state.
every state has different labour laws.
now talk about journal voucher of salary sheet, in which we entry of Employee side welfare fund, pf, esi contribution and employer side too.
this work is done by the account department and they put down this into the tally.
i am just knowing that mannual format.
if somebody has it then please forward according to mention above salary sheet.
