How To Build An MIS - Please Help

i need excel sheet that i can put it in main computer in the company
any every employee come and enter his id and password then push in, excel sheet automatically keep his inter time,when he want to leave also he enter his id and password and push out automatically keep his out record,and this for all employee
notes,time calculate per hours,and i can search find for every employ his record for a month,

Its short term soln..and have compliance issues..better develop or go for HRIS application...in market there are various HR application ..which add value to HR activities..

The problem with such an internal effort is that, it remains a patch work. Please consider a solution , in totality. You may share the areas, that you find difficult for us to brainstorm it further.

This xls business won't work out as you wish. May be for 10 people, this may work

If your question is about maintaining (check in/out) record for every individual employee, excel sheet won't work for this purpose on a large scale. You better go for AMS (attendance management system).
