Seeking Websites for HR Case Studies in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations – Any Recommendations?

Hello everyone, I'm doing my MBA in Bangalore. I've chosen HR as my specialization. I need to know the website address for case studies in personnel management and industrial relations. Can you guys please help me?

Hi Shreya,

You can take the help of Google for websites that publish case studies on HR. However, recently, Business World came out with a compendium on case studies. You can have it for Rs. 225/- (I am not very sure of the exact amount). Also, Human Capital, in every issue, publishes a case study, and recently, they have released a CD of all their previous volumes. You can go through that.

I don't know if this suggestion would help you out... Well, basically, I think what you need are not sites that have case studies, but the address of those sites which provide the analysis of the case that's given to you in class.

In case this is what you want, then get back to me. I can list out a few of the websites. Or if you are in urgent need, you can tell me the case name. I have a lot of analysis stored on my PC, which I analyzed in the first year of my management studies. Since you belong to the same HR community as I do, and I have received a lot of support from this site in need, I guess it's my responsibility to be helpful if I can. You can write to me anytime.
