can u please help like how can i gegister the subcode in online while we have the option given in the esic so can we apply form that

Please tell me like how can i apply for the sub code in online esic where the option given as Register the Sub code. so if we register from that can we get the sub code, which i require for the branch we have in chennai.
Please tell me the Process how to apply for the sub code.
