Notice To Be Display Under Contract Labour Act

Dear Seniors,
I herewith request you to give information regarding Notice to be display,what info need to be mentioned in the above notice.
I would highly appreciate if anyone can upload the notice for my reference.
One more thing,if any labour whose salary is above 6500 at the time of joining ,then which form need to be filled or what other procedure to be considered.
What is form K in relation to the above topic.

Dear vikram
Point No.1: you have to be display ABSTRACT of the contract labour act and also minimum wages Perday under contract labour act
Point No.2: No form is required. because you do not more entertain before contract labour act due to labour officer will create the problems

Highly appreciate for providing the above information.
But considering your point no.2 and after consulting other hr personnel i received info that the employees/Labours have to fill Form 11(declaration form),if their salary/wages is above 6500 and they do not want to be part of PF act.
give your valuable suggestion.
