Hello Everyone, I have just started as an HR professional and am looking for someone to mentor me in this regard. I would appreciate it if someone could share with me the various HR policies for a small to mid-sized IT firm in and around Delhi, with the main office based outside of India. Below are a few areas of concern:
- Salary range for Senior to Junior level IT associates,
- Bonus percentages and how frequently companies give bonuses,
- Frequency of pay hikes and the percentage of the same,
- Medical Benefits - best health insurance schemes and the amount paid,
- Details to be included in the job contract of an employee.
