Are Contractors Limited to 12-Month Tenures in the Same Organization? Seeking Clarification

There is no such provision; the only requirement is that the principal employer has to show/prove to the registering officer why they want to engage the contractor.

It is based on the Master Supply Agreement with the contractual person. If it's mentioned so, then he has to move. Otherwise, it's okay.
