Thanks Praveen but our Co/VP-HR has made rules of not providing any other leave oder den P.L 12 & ONLY 5 CAN BE CARRIED TO NEXT YR + 3 PAID HOLIDAYS...
PLZ NOTE OR CO IS LALA CO TYPE SO PLZ GUIDE ONCE AGAIN??
It is Illigal,
PL will be 15 days and person can carry forward all the PL leaves
What kind of VP HR you have, he don't know the rules. Kindly show him the rules of your state.
