I wanted to know if there is any performance evaluation tool that allows me to track employees' performance daily and then again at the end of the week in the software industry.

My issue is this: I already have individual performance evaluations (e.g., Team member 1 = C, Team member 2 = B, Team member 3 = A... and the grades are T, A, B, C, D) and now I have to make a tool in which the team will be able to see what its total grade is, enabling the team to compare with other teams. So, do I calculate the average from individual grades, or is there a formula for that, or is there a form like this: To be at a certain competence level, the team needs to have at least 30% of team members at that level.

I will be very grateful for any kind of information.

Simmy, you would need to change the header of the topic: Job Evaluations Are Different

Popular methods include job grading, Hay Point Factor, etc. Performance evaluation is a different ballgame altogether.
