I worked for one year in a company where they deducted my PF amount every month, but they have not yet opened my PF account and are not responding to any of my emails. I checked my PF online, and the message that appeared on the PF site was "Invalid Member_id / Data not updated against this PF Number."

Guidance Needed: Steps to Resolve PF Account Issues

Can anyone provide me with guidance on what steps I should take?

Since you have checked in online, I hope your company has the PF establishment code and they have allocated your number. However, I hope they have not submitted the returns for the last year. It would be better if you could go directly to your office and obtain the 3A/6A copy. Alternatively, you can try checking in at the local PF office.

Note: While checking in online, you have to provide your exact name and initials as per your Form 5; otherwise, you will not be able to access the data.

Thank you, Shenbagarajan. I have inquired at the PF office as well. They are saying, "They didn't receive the application from my employer. They don't have my account details in the office."
