How Do I Calculate Different Types of Leave? Seeking Advice on Leave Policies

Hi, I am in the process of calculating leaves. Please advise me on how to calculate sick leave, casual leave, earned leave, and all other types of leaves. Could you please provide me with information regarding the leave policy.

As per the Factory Act of 1948, PL is given for the preceding year. It's 20 days per 1 day of leave.
