Is My Role More Technical or Business-Oriented Given My Current Responsibilities?

Hi All, I received the following job description (JD) of a Service Delivery Manager from another source.

Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities

- Creating and periodically renegotiating Service Level Agreements with the assistance of Sales and the maintenance line manager.
- Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents (PAD).
- Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination.
- Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
- Managing the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical, and procedural knowledge to our maintenance and support organization.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA.

Currently, I am involved in vendor selection, vendor management, government license procurement, and business partnerships, in addition to the tasks mentioned in the above list. What designation is more suitable in this case? Will my profile be considered as technical or business-oriented?

Thanks, Manjay, but this seems to be very generic. I am actually looking for a job switch, so what kind of profiles/designations should I look for? Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
