1). The most important skill every professional must embrace and practice to live a PEACEFUL LIFE.
2). Its starts with SELF MANAGEMENT where one has to understand himself, a) CALIBER/ABILITIES, b) STRENGTH & WEAKNESS C) PEERS, CO-WORKERS and lot more
3). TIME & STRESS MANAGEMENT, INTRA & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS contributes to MANAGING and LIVING a BETTER PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL life where EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE plays a VITAL ROLE.
4). Make your employees to DELIVER their BEST within 8 BUSINESS HOURS and FOCUS on the CORE ACTIVITIES rather mixing everything with everything.
5). BUSINESS DAYS - FIVE DAYS A WEEK can also help your employees to enjoy their WEEKENDS with their FAMILY MEMBERS.
6). If your company can afford to organise GET TOGETHER, LOCAL CITY TOUR, GAMES or some kind INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES that can serve a better purpose, once in 6months, kindly do discuss with your management and go for it.
7). I truly love this concept of operating or offering our services in the form of "I" & "WE". Your employees must understand this concept to play a EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT ROLE because "I" & "WE" if promoted effeciently, it can produce the BEST RESULTS.

1) Your TOP MANAGEMENT must be in a position to DEMONSTRATE SITUATIONAL/ETHICAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS else this STRATEGY - CONNECT & COMMUNICATE will FAIL.
2). Majority of the problems at workplace is either due to LACK OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION or NO COMMUNICATION. Train your employees "HOW TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY" and "WHAT EXACTLY NEED TO BE COMMUNICATED". Your employees must believe in EFFECTIVE & POSITIVE COMMUNICATION and FOCUS on the CORE rather just wasting their TIME in SHARING OR EXCHANGING INFORMATION, which cannot contribute POSITIVELY.
3). Besides POSITIVE ATTITUDE, a HAPPY EMPLOYEE will NEVER COMPLAIN about anything. Hence, EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES must be STUDIED carefully and COUNSEL them whenever required.
3.1) The best way to study GRIEVANCES is allow your employees to submit their SUGGESTIONS in WRITTEN.
4). Current market trends are promoting MENTORING & COACHING techniques/strategies. This could be done your SENIOR/TOP MANAGEMENT for better employee performances.

3). Those whoever had completed their xyz CERTIFICATION/COURSE/PROGRAMME, SUCCESSFULLY, activities like for INTERNAL SEMINARS promoting SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE BASE, TRANSFER OF KNOWLEDGE AT WORKPLACE and IMPLEMENTING it SUCCESSFULLY can only yield the BEST RESULTS.
An organisation must disclose and make all their employees understand about COMPANY POLICIES & OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES. It must be a FAIR DEAL. See to that, to what extent your management can help your employees to UNLEASH THEIR HIDDEN TALENT and promote the same.
Since i am not an expert, probably i had missed few points. I keep sharing many things with my employees because its my job to not only train my employees, but also to MENTOR and COACH for OUTSTANDING RESULTS/PERFORMANCE. I shall post it in the nearest future. Please do share your views.
