Hi friends,
In case employees absconded because of working environment of company which management is well aware. In that case I don't think there is problem in rejoining company.

Hiring, re-hiring, absconding all are HR activities. It cannot be codified in a law. It is basically a science of Human Behaviour. So long as organisation require services of an individual (employee) and individual require employment anything and everything is possible. Human behaviour keep changing every day. If an indiviual have talent and organisation is in need there is nothing wrong in re-joining or re-employment. Decision on both the side has to be an informed decision with knowledge of risk involved on either side.
Cheers !!

Dear Sir,
He is having every right to apply. But consideration lies with the Company whether to consider
or to reject your application.
In some cases, they may consider. In other cases they may reject application.
But application sending to them is your option.

Hi dear
Well it depends upon the company but normally companies do not hire again any employee if an employee quits against the rules/policy.
