just to recheck, i feel that not all the things are updated as per today's law like Gratuaity benefit. i think that the maximum limit has been increased but as per your document it is Rs 350000/- .

i need to with draw my pf amount now in april 2012.....
I worked for 3 years starting from 2006 april.....to 2009 april......in pune
2006 / 2007 - basic pay was - 11,000
2007 /2008 - basicpay was - 12,400
2008/2009 - basic pay was - 15,200
can u pls calculate and let me know what will be the exact amount i will get if i with draw my pf maount please kindly....

actually i want to know one detail, the employee should sign in the salary slip, if the organisation didnt do it what are the legislation and penalty for the company, please add the Act also.

My queries
1.) If employee joins co. with basic 5000 and gradually draws basic 10000 than is he volunteer to deduct his pf or he has to deduct pf on basic 6500 ??
2.) If an employee joins co. with basic 10000 than is he volunteer to deduct his pf and if yes than which form to be filled ??
Please give the solution with pf legal document proof.

my company owner has consutraction new company ,in which total torn over is 2 crore and i have a 200 employee . so my quarry is...basically i pay all staff salary pay above 6500 but some employee pay below 6500 so that worker are contract base . so i can pay p.f ????? and if worker get a below 6500 salary so p.f is compulsory payable ???? if worker are not a agree to cut his own contribution . so is this compulsory ????

Dear All,
I am new to this community and finding this as a very powerful store of knowledge, I have one query regarding my PF calculation,
I had worked with a company from 26th November 2009 to 31st December 2013 and my basic was Rs 6000 per month and out of which Rs 720 was deducted towards my PF contribution, so in this regard I want to know what is the amount I will receive if I withdraw the PF amount as on date.
Kindly share your knowledge and last but not the least I want to thank Admin of this site for maintaining this wonderful site.
