Well "deshprucha" TDS deduction is liability of Employer. and it should deducted every month by employee's monthly acquired salary.
"metaflex" has explained Tax Slab for the Financial Year 2011-12.
So, just calculate employee's "Gross Income" and after making deduction of "Tax Saving Factors", calculate "Taxable Income" and "Tax" using "Tax Slab".
that will be your "TDS" figure after divide it by 12 (As Months).
and submit it online.
